On the ground floor, you will have a spacious kitchen (50 m²) fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher...) with a large central island ideal for socializing and a dining area that can accommodate 12 people. The living room with exposed stone, TV, sofa, armchairs and daybed also consists of a reading and games area. 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed + dressing room + bathroom (bathtub and shower) + toilet complete the ground floor. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms with 160 cm beds for 2 of them and 1 children's room composed of 2x2 bunk beds. 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet Large terrace (under restoration) with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue.
