In the National Park of Cilento and Vallo di Diano, Palazzo Mazziotti Bed & Breakfast is the historic home of the Mazziotti family since 1400. The palace is the historic core of the ancient village of Celso. From here has begun the popular revolts of the Risorgimento. The building, while retaining the period furnishings and decorations, offers all modern comforts to relax in a unique and pleasant atmosphere. The Palace offers three private suites and a depandance. The space On the top floor of the Palace, the Suite Rosa, although renovated, fully maintains its ancient structure and is the most private place in the Palace which offers one of the largest and quietest spaces dedicated to our guests for exclusive use for their stay. Consisting of two large double rooms, one with two views of the village of Celso, the hill and a partial sea view, from which you can enjoy the pink colors of the Cilento sunsets, and the second overlooking the silent internal courtyard of the Palace. The floors, plasters and ceilings, restored to bring them back to their original beauty, maintain their originality and pink colour, like the purple of the sunset clouds, giving it the name of Suite Rosa. The apartment has a large bathroom, with a large shower and modern, refined amenities, courtesy kit, hairdryer and linen changed daily. Inside the room there is wi-fi connection and a mini-bar. Guest access Guests can attend and enjoy the secret charm of the rooms, libraries and archives of the building. The garden and the pine forest are available to guests and make the afternoon pleasant for children. Other things to note Extremely suggestive and recommended, are the archaeological sites of Paestum and Velia a little more than 15 and 30 km from the Palace. In addition, the park offers trekking and trips of considerable interest: the WWF Oasis of Felitto and the sources of the Calore river; The WWF oasis of the Alento dam; the beautiful caves of Castelcivita a few km from Paestum; The Certosa di Padula in Vallo di Diano and finally, the caves of Capo Palinuro and the suggestive Punta Licosa.
