This unique, modern Loft with a queen-size double bed and beautiful views of the garden, pool and tree tops takes you to another dimension! With ample cupboards, a fully equipped kitchenette and sunny deck, you will be superbly comfortable! Peaceful guests, seeking a quiet break will find it wonderful! The Loft is one of 3 units, each with a private entrance and patio. Barbeque facilities are available for guests to use. The space This space is light and airy, with the option of indoor or outdoor dining and perfect for a romantic getaway.The Loft is suitable for a couple or a single person. Business travellers are welcome too! The property is well lit (eco-friently bulbs are used) so arriving or leaving at unconventional hours is not a problem. It has been designed with comfort in mind. There is effective cross-ventilation which ensures a comfortable temperature and the aircon is only needed for heat wave conditions. All units are cleaned weekly when fresh linen and towels are provided. Guest access There is a swimming pool, shared with two other cottages and a large garden with shade as well as sunny areas for all to enjoy. There are private patios and outdoor barbeque facilities for each cottage. There is free, safe parking. Other things to note There are several restaurants and coffee shops within a 2km radius that offer excellent food at reasonable prices. The local shops are literally around the corner and there is a shopping mall a 10 minute drive away. Muizenberg Beach is a 15 minute drive away. Although just minutes from the main highways, once inside the property it is quiet and serene, with birds and squirrels in the trees. The Loft sleeps two people in a queen size double bed. A laundry service is available at a nominal fee.
