The holiday home is a perfect base for wonderful days on the beach or to explore the area. This modern and tastefully furnished house in country style is fully equipped, the beds are made and bath towels are provided. Just enjoy yourself close to the beach! The space This house is fully equipped with, among other things, a four-burner induction hob, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, combi oven, HD Smart TV, underfloor heating, washing machine, free WiFi (400mbps) and a private parking space on private property. Everything is new in this modern and attractively furnished home. Bed linen and towels are included in the price and on request there is also a cot with bed linen and a high chair available. On the ground floor you will find the modern open kitchen, the attractive living room, the French doors to the enclosed private terrace, the modern bathroom and a separate modern toilet. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom with a luxurious double box-spring bed (180cm * 210cm), wardrobe and blackout curtains. The second bedroom has 2 single box spring beds (90cm * 200cm), cupboard and blackout curtains. Including four-season duvets, pillows and bed linen. The holiday home is rented out per week during the main season and during holidays with arrival and departure on Friday. In the early and late season bookings for a long weekend or a midweek are also possible, with arrival and departure on Friday and Monday. The costs are exclusive of € 85,- cleaning costs and excl. € 2,42 tourist tax p.p.p.n. Guest access The detached holiday home for four people has its own private terrace with fence.
