At the lake with swimming pool and private garden

The apartment is close by Major lake, at 100mt from Sasso Moro Beach, 2min by foot, in a residence with swimming pool, solarium, private garden and parking. It's confortable and well équiped. It has a living room with kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, oven and fridge) 2 bedrooms, 1 cot, 1 highchair, 1 bathroom (hairdryer, washing machine). It's 2 km from Eremo di Santa Caterina where you can take the ferry boat to Borromeo's Islands. We provide for linen, towels for bathroom and swimming pool. The space ur apartment is located inside the "Villaggio al Moro" residence, a complex on the lake with a large swimming pool, open all year round and also at night, with a lower part for the little ones, a solarium, sunbeds and deckchairs, a relaxation corner and a well-kept garden which is a blaze of colors in spring. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a private enclosed garden with a patio where it is possible to have lunch. It is furnished with care as it is also our holiday home. We have a private parking space on the property. The apartment is equipped with a dishwasher, fan oven, microwave oven, Italian and German coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine and hairdryer. There are dishes, pans and kitchen accessories (hand mixer, electronic scale). Sheets and towels are provided (also for the swimming pool) for 1 week (in case of washing, you can use our washing machine or there is a laundry with dryer nearby). It sleeps 4 + 1 sofa bed for one and a half people + 1 cot for children (1 Cam table seat for children is supplied). Smoking is prohibited and we regret that we cannot accommodate pets due to allergies. The lake is within walking distance, it is suitable for swimming and it is nice to sit and contemplate the sunset, the swans and ducks that inhabit it or watch the sailing races. It is possible to swim in its fresh waters or go fishing or water sports. During the winter season the rates are slightly higher to cover heating costs.
