Homely apartment in a pretty rural village

Honeybeam Lodge is a one bedroom self catering apartment in a separate building next to our Cottage. The Lodge is on two floors - downstairs is the entrance hall and shower room; upstairs there is an open-plan kitchen/diner/lounge and a separate double bedroom with views through a picture window towards the River Torridge. Bedding and bathroom towels are provided. There is ample parking outside the entrance door and undercover storage for cycles. The space The kitchen is modern and equipped with an induction hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster and fridge (no ice box). There is a table and chairs, comfy sofa and TV. Limited internet/wi-fi is available but please be aware - this is rural Devon! Outside there is a private patio with a bistro set and lounger chairs for guests to use. Across the road is a permissive woodland footpath leading to the Tarka Trail; ready access for cycles is available at the other end of the village, about 10 minutes away . Guest access There is a very limited local bus service passing the door (roughly hourly but only during the working day), but this does not run on Sundays. Other things to note We very much regret but our fire risk assessment does not allow us to accommodate children or infants.
