NEW EVERYTHING: insulation, drywall, flooring, windows (double pane hurricane impact, eliminated road noise). Best of all its WATERFRONT (NOT a lake), direct access to the Gulf of America (not suitable for children under 13). Work at Ascension Hospital? you could walk to work! Enjoy your coffee in peace overlooking the water and often the dolphins are visible from the lanai! The space This condo sleeps 2 only. 50"flat screen smart TV (no cable service). Full kitchen for those of you that like to cook. My husband and I stay here quite often so it is well appointed! Guest access Two parking space for the unit.
