It is divided into two apartments, the caper and the agave, entirely separate and independent with ONLY the entrance stairs in common. The Agave is ideal for a couple or a family of 4. The cottage consists of a double bedroom, a full bathroom with a bidet toilet shower and a sink, and a living room-kitchen with a beautiful and romantic fireplace. In the living room there is also a double sofa bed, so the apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. The kitchen is equipped with 4 stoves and all the dishes. Also present outdoors: BBQ, sink, worktop, table and chairs under the canopy. The Agave is equipped with Air Conditioning, TV with Decoder and Wi-Fi. It has 2 terraces: one with a rocking chair and BBQ beds and an outdoor shower; and another private sea view terrace with a pool, sofa and sunbed. It is ideal for COUPLES OR FAMILIES. CHILDREN OVER 10 YEARS OLD. Pets allowed upon notification to the host so as to assess whether the house is suitable for your furry friend!
