Guest suite in Boise

Beautiful Westside lower level bright basement studio suite located off 24th street and Bannock barely west of Boise's Downtown. The unit was recently upgraded and refinished. Coffee, tea, microwave, and refrigerator included. This unit does not have a kitchen. This unit has one bed and will accommodate two people. The living room sofa is not intended for sleeping. The space The studio is private but shares an entry with the owner. Guest access Guests enjoy the entire lower level of the home. They may also use the back patio. Other things to note At this time we are following recommended Airbnb and CDC guidelines in terms of cleaning and sanitizing our Airbnbs. We also are leaving 2 days in between guests. Our cleaners are professional independent contractors and are taking all recommended steps to protect the safety of their crews and our guests.
