Cosy and very well decorated house with private pool and only 600 meters from the beach in Cala Mandia. !!IMPORTANT!! Please read and consider the description and rules saved here!! The space This new build semidetached house is on a very short distance from many of the fabulous Calas de Mallorca. Cala Mandia, Cala Romantica and Cala Anquila can be reached on foot. Each of these three Calas offers wonderful golden sand beach, that opens up to a transparent blue Mediterranean Sea. In Cala Mandia itself some small shops several restaurants and bars offer you a pleasant relaxed holiday atmosphere. Your holiday home comprises of an open living, cooking and dining area on the ground floor. Each corner is nicely decorated, and will make you feel at home at once. Two comfortable sofas on either side of the TV, diningtable with 4 chairs and a u-shaped kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, micro-wave, oven and dishwasher. On the first floor are two luminous bedrooms. The master bedroom has a big double bed and the children room shows a bunk bed that will fit up to three persons. From the living room you enter the covered terrace with a second dining set. Next to it is your private pool, two sunbeds a lounge area and a stone build barbeque. Price includes bed linen, towels for the bathroom, water, electricity consumption etc. A deposit of 200 euros cash will be collected on arrival. Since 1. July 2016 the government of the Balearic Islands has levied a tax for sustainable tourism, the so-called "Ecotasa", which is charged per person for the holiday rental of fincas, villas, holiday homes etc. 1. May – 31. October 2,20 €/night/person and 01. November – 30. April 0,55 €/night/person. (Changes by the government are possible.
