Lavender Haven Cornwall

Lavender Haven is set on the outskirts of a Cornish mining heritage town. This cosy annex is situated to the rear of our family home, it has an open plan living area with a double sofa bed, kitchen & dining area. The property comes fully equipped for a relaxing self-catering holiday. The double bedroom has a double bed & wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath with over shower, toilet & washbasin. Outside there is free off road parking for one car, a private garden with patio area with table & chairs. The space The property has a relaxed feel which has been lovingly renovated with comfort in mind. The property is equipped to sleep 4 however for maximum comfort we recommend 2/3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. There is dedicated off street parking for one car, along with a private garden. The garden has a small lawned area with a patio which is ideal for alfresco dining. The grounds around the property are currently under renovation which should not impact on your stay but we can give you more details on request. Guest access There is one off street parking space. Photographs of the parking area are on the listing. Access is gained via a key lock box but we are close by should you need assistance. Please use the patio doors to access the property. There is also a private garden space. Other things to note Complimentary WiFi is provided, but please bear in mind that due to our location, it can occasionally be weather dependant, so please be patient. Anyone wishing to work remotely or is dependent on WiFi connectivity from the premises are advised to arrange their own internet service as connectivity can not be guaranteed. It is prohibited to charge electric vehicles at the premises however there are lots of charging points close by.
