Lavender Haven Cornwall

Lavender Haven is a cosy annexe on the outskirts of a historic Cornish mining town. This cosy annexe, situated behind our family home offers an open-plan living area with a double sofa bed, dining space and fully equipped kitchen for a comfortable self-catering stay. The bedroom has a double bed and wardrobe. The bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower, toilet and washbasin. Outside, guests can enjoy free off-road parking for one car and a private garden with a patio, table and chairs. The space Lovingly renovated with comfort in mind, Lavender Haven offers a relaxed and welcoming space for your stay. While it can sleep up to 4 guests, we recommend 2–3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children for maximum comfort. Guests have access to private off-road parking for one car and a private garden with a lawn and patio, ideal for al fresco dining. The surrounding grounds are currently being improved, but this should not affect your stay. Guest access Guests have access to one dedicated off-road parking space; photographs of the parking area can be found in the listing. Self check-in is available via a key safe, although we live nearby and are happy to assist if needed. Access to the annexe is through the patio doors. Guests also have exclusive use of the private garden and patio area throughout their stay. Other things to note Complimentary WiFi is provided, but please bear in mind that due to our location, it can occasionally be weather dependant, so please be patient. Anyone wishing to work remotely or is dependent on WiFi connectivity from the premises are advised to arrange their own internet service as connectivity can not be guaranteed. It is prohibited to charge electric vehicles at the premises however there are lots of charging points close by.
