This small studio apartment (16 sqm - 1 room with shower room and kitchenette) is located on Nobeltorget near Folkets Park. Only ten minutes by bus from the central station and 20 minutes walk to downtown. City bikes and three different bus lines outside the house! You have access to a lush garden with barbecue area, a gazebo and you can even indulge in some relaxing and peaceful time in our relaxation area with sauna, whirlpool & massage chair. Your own place, quiet and nice with proximity to everything! The space This is a private, small apartment, a so-called studio of 16 sqm with bathroom (shower), combined living room/bedroom, (sofa bed that is easily converted into a comfortable queen size bed - 140 cm wide) hall and a kitchenette. Best suited for couples or single travelers. The kitchen area (kitchenette) is small but nicely decorated in the hall and includes fridge, induction stovetop, microwave (no conventional oven) and coffee maker as well as Nespresso machine. Of course, it includes household utensils and the apartment is fully furnished. Broadband 1 Gbit upload/download, wireless network/Wifi and cable TV with 30 channels and a small desk are available. Bed linens and towels, as well as toilet paper, soap and shampoos are included. Hairdryer and iron are available as well as access to laundry room (for fee) and relaxation area (for fee) and free barbecue area in the garden where you can also freely use the gazebo. The apartment was renovated in 2020. We strive to be environmentally friendly and use as many climate-neutral opportunities as we can to be climate-sustainable. We follow Airbnb's new cleaning and sanitizing routines not only during Covid-19 but also going forward. Guest access You have free access to the house's lush garden including barbecue area. You can pay (€5 for two hours) to access the house's laundry room with four washing machines, dryer, drying cabinet, linen press. There is an iron in the apartment. Detergent and fabric softener included! You can also, subject to availability, book the house's relaxation area with sauna, whirlpool and massage chair in addition (€20 for three hours). Other things to note The apartment is located on the first floor (5 steps) but does not face the street, which is why it is quiet and relaxing.
