RiadMomo- Private escape near palms & Bahia Palace

Riad Momo is located in a very quiet street in the shadow of the Bahia Place and the Dar Si Saïd museum. The souks are just around the corner, and the big square is just a 6 mins stroll away. The house offers spacious rooms and a large patio with fountain. Go up and enjoy our fantastic three sided terrace with palmtree views and orange trees. The space Riad Momo is a recent realization. It has been renovated with love by local craftsmen. Traditional techniques such as tadlakt, zellige, copper etc. have been applied to get a peaceful atmosphere. A place where you want to be and live the ultimate Moroccan dream. The house offers three bedrooms: We have one master bedroom: The room is decorated in colonial/ Moroccan style. It offers à kingsize bed (180x200) and and ensuite bathroom. An extra bed can be used for a third guest or be used as couch. The second "orange" room offers a kingsize bed as well with again an ensuite bathroom. Both rooms are provided with a wardrobe to settle well and AC. The third room is downstairs. Very cosy, tiled and has an old wooden ceiling. This room also comes with a small private bathroom on the other side of the patio. The groundfloor offers a nice kitchen and a large saloon with fireplace and library. Cosy during winters and fresh during summers. In the patio you can relax on the Moroccan sofas and enjoy shade under the bougainvillea plants. Other things to note The house is only available on Airbnb, we would like to remind you that you are not in a guesthouse or in a hotel, but in a private house (with staff for reception, cleaning and service) . The house is privatized, whether you are 1, 2 or 6 people. You have new and very comfortable bedding, air conditioning is available in each room. Note that we won’t provide baby or children equipment. Additional a complete Moroccan breakfast (100DH/ PP) can be served daily by our staff. This services will have to be paid cash onsite. Moroccan law strictly prohibits bringing Moroccan boys or girls back to the riad. This exposes you to legal proceedings, imprisonment and will damage the image of our house in the vicinity. In order to respect our neighbors, no party will be tolerated at the Riad. Thank you for taking this into consideration before making your reservation.
