Two Bedroom Two Bath, End Unit, in a quiet, concrete building. Perfect for a long weekend and a Coloradical getaway for a small family, 2 couples, or a few friends. Right in downtown, on Lake Dillon and local free bus line (to Keystone, Breckenridge and ABasin), walkable to restaurants, Dillon Marina, bowling, Dillon Amphitheatre and other attractions. Communal Hot tub and Sauna; outdoor pool for the summer. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. Cozy wood-burning fireplace! The space This is our second home that we rent out only sometimes, so the kitchen and everything is really well appointed with all you need for a long weekend or even weeklong stay in Dillon. My fiance and I like to cook a lot, so we've got all the kitchen basics covered (and then some!), and with the wood burning fireplace, the condo is cozy and comfy! There is a clean hot tub and Sauna on the ground floor of the building where you can soak away those sore ski legs after a day on the mountain. Our condo is clean, quaint, cute, "just what you need" and nothing more, it really checks all the boxes for a comfortable and fun stay in Dillon. This is a quiet, concrete building, in a great location. A quick drive to many ski resorts; Keystone, Breckenridge, and Abasin being the closest; with Copper, Vail and Beaver Creek not far off. Walk down to the lakeside path (1 block) with your morning coffee or a happy hour beverage and take in some amazing sunrises and sunsets. *Unless you have small kids, we don’t suggest more than 4 adults here* Guest access Guests have access to the entire 2Br 2Ba condo, patio, gas grill, as well as the communal hot tub and sauna area. There is also coin-op laundry on the ground floor if needed. Other things to note We have plenty of kitchen spices, oil etc. the grill is on natural gas and can be used as much as you’d like.
