The space I live in the lower garden unit 2 floors down and have a separate entrance. Only shared space is laundry area off the garage. Garage space is NOT available for parking a car. Bike storage for 1 or 2 bikes is acceptable, please let me know in advance. Guest access You have exclusive use of main front door leading to the upper two floors of the house which are for exclusive use of guests: Main floor: kitchen, sunroom, living room, dining room, half bath, and deck off sunroom Top floor: both bedrooms, full bath, and office workspace with desk and monitor. I enter my space through the garage so the main house is yours. STAIRS: there is one flight of exterior stairs with banister to the main front door. And inside there is one flight of carpeted stairs with banister to the upper floor. PARKING: Garage is not available for guest use, but there is plenty of street parking. Please note: Mon-Fri; 9 AM - 5 PM : two hour max parking zone on our block. There is no-time-limit parking 2 short blocks up Corbett where a car can be left all day, except for street cleaning hours once a week: Wed: no parking Wed 8-10 am for street cleaning on far side of street. Thu: no parking Thu 9-11 am for street cleaning on our side. Other things to note No smoking inside please but fine on the back deck. Please let me know if you plan to entertain a larger group. The house has everything for formal sit down dining (lovely china, flatware, wine glasses, candles, etc.) for up to 10 people or can do standing cocktail party mode nicely for more people.
