Looking for a Tropical Feel place in the North East. Try our Tropical Feel Guests House. You have the entire place for yourselves. This is family friendly place with completely separate entry point from the Main House. Conveniently situated near Newcastle City Centre & Quayside. Just 3 Miles, [10 minutes drive] to Newcastle Central Train Station which is Newcastle City Centre Area already. Only 9.3 Miles, [20 Minutes Drive] to NCL Airport. Very Accessible to public Transportation. The space This is a Guests House completely separate from the Main House. You are renting the entire Guests House and the garden/patio area. There is a separate gate situated right at the side of the Main House where you can access to going to this place. You have the entire Garden with Patio to enjoy as well. The place is like a Bachelor's pad. One open Space for your sleeping/living area. Small Kitchen area, And full Bathroom with toilet. Kindly note that my place is not an Apartment nor a typical House type, hence not that big. BUT you have more than enough space where you, your family or friends can comfortably rest while in Newcastle. Guest access We will give you the keys to access the private entry gate and the house itself upon your arrival. Check-in time is 2PM. BUT we can always accommodate early check in if Guests House is already available, alternatively, you have the option to drop off your Luggage and check in later. Do not worry if you check in late, just message me on my mobile. Full address and mobile details will be shared once booking is confirmed. Check-out time is 12Noon. BUT again, we can have flexibility if there is no one who will occupy on same day. Alternatively, you have the option to check out early and just leave your Luggage with us and get them later. We are here to provide you the best accommodation possible. Should you need anything or any concerns, you can always communicate and we will try our best to sort them all out for you. Only guests can enjoy the amenities that comes with this booking. Music in the garden is allowed as long as not that loud and should be turned off by 11pm as per standard UK law.
