Studio in the countryside, close to the Roche-sur-Yon

our 24 m2 studio is in the basement of our house (duplex), the windows overlook the garden. The different users of this studio appreciate the calm and the surrounding nature. it has no air conditioning but the temperature remains cool and pleasant in summer we can lend you bicycles, please don't hesitate to ask us! The space cozy studio where you will find peace and quiet, you can also enjoy an outdoor dining area, it is located in front of my workshop (see photos) in which I work, I sometimes receive customers by appointment during the day, but I respect your privacy as much as possible! the bathroom is certainly small but functional we regularly welcome dogs and cats, keep this in mind in case of animal allergies, even if the cleaning is done completely between each guest, allergens may remain! 140 cm double bed, firm mattress, tassimo coffee machine and filter coffee maker combi oven-microwave groceries (salt, pepper, oil, etc.) dining area: bar table with stools (see photos) sheets and towels provided check-ins are after 4pm and checkouts are before 11am Guest access self check-in with a key box (the code will be sent to you the day before your arrival) you enter through the gate, then the garage door, the studio is located in front of it (see photos) fully independent access from the rest of the house, you have a remote control, for the gate and for the garage please read the check-in instructions carefully to best prepare for your stay Other things to note our dog Pyrrhus may come to say hello in front of the studio windows, he is very curious, but he will not bother you!
