Rowan Cottage at Stonefolds, Fyvie a three bedroomed cottage providing comfortable accommodation for up to six people with an enclosed private garden. Set on a working family farm four miles from Fyvie in rural Aberdeenshire. Perfectly located within driving distance of everything Aberdeenshire has to offer from sandy beaches & rugged cliffs to historical castles & dramatic mountainscapes. We do not accept any pets. The space Located on a working family farm, Rowan Cottage offers a peaceful stay in a beautiful country setting. The house has a bright open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all amenities required for a convenient stay. The dining area has a table to seat six, with peaceful views looking onto the garden. In a separate lounge, with spectacular views of the countryside, there is comfortable seating to accommodate all guests. With three bedrooms, Rowan Cottage is ideal for families or friends. The one bedroom features a king-size bed whilst the other two both have two single beds. The house has a bathroom with a large bath and there is a second shower room. There is a 1 inch step into the shower, however there is a grab rail conveniently located to assist. All linen & towels are provided. A cot, highchair and baby bath can also be provided on request. Outside, there is an exclusive patio leading onto a private garden. The house has ample private parking. The level, single story cottage, has ramped access making it accessible for wheelchair users. The two friendly farm dogs, Meg & Guy, are always pleased to welcome guests but if you are not a dog person please advise your hosts prior to arrival. Guests have the opportunity to get up close with the animals and learn more about farming. Please just ask your hosts, the farmers, Shirley & Neil.
