1st floor apartment – Le Coudray – near Chartres Hospital

** The space is private, you cannot host outside guests in the accommodation** Cozy and furnished apartment in a quiet setting 10 min. drive to the center of Chartres. 3 rooms: Equipped kitchen: microwave, coffee maker, fridge, electric stove. Living room: sofa for 2 people and storage. Bedroom: double bed with storage and linen provided. Shower room: storage, towel, hairdryer etc. All you have to do is put your bags down. The space Entire accommodation is available. There is, however, a common courtyard which remains only a place of passage and which is not made available to guests as well as all the equipment appearing there (bicycle, table, barbecue etc.) This apartment is part of our home, we insist that we do not want pets, and we do not want tenants to smoke in the apartment or in the yard. Also we cannot accept children for safety reasons for the stairs, no parties and evening events and the number of people accepted will be the one previously announced. There is a remote surveillance camera in the common courtyard. In case of non-compliance with these points, we would be forced to cancel the rental. Guest access The entire accommodation as described in the listing only. It is forbidden to stay in the yard.
