Grill dinner on the BBQ, unwind by the fire table, or cozy up with a movie on the outdoor 55" Smart TV under the evening sky! The moody bedroom features a plush King sized bed, a cozy seating area, and ample storage - a perfect space to relax and recharge. The open-concept living area offers a sectional sofa, gas fireplace, and a large Smart TV. The kitchenette includes an island with seating, coffee bar, wine cooler, and fridge with ice and filtered water, along with everything you need for light meals. (No stove, oven or dishwasher) The newly remodeled bathroom is bright and modern, with heated floors and a spacious rain shower - perfect for a warm, relaxing start or end to your day. Guest access Your suite is accessed through the gate to the left of the lower driveway. Look for the Colina Norte sign. This whole fenced in private paradise is exclusively yours during your stay! Your door code to the keyless lock is the last 4 digits of your phone number. Parking is located in the lower driveway, plenty of room for you and your guests! Other things to note Your suite includes, Keurig coffee, green tea, sugar, cream, s&p, olive oil, vinegars and basic spices. I also provide condiments - ketchup, mustard, mayo and BBQ sauce. You will find a selection of dried goods in the cupboard. With 2 55" Smart TV"s you have access to your streaming services both inside and out; An HDMI cable is available to plug into your own device if desired.
