I will be happy to host you in my home and share with you in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The house is new, very bright with its southern exposure and tastefully decorated. Both bedrooms with TV, 12 m² are located upstairs. The bathroom and separate toilet are next to the bedrooms. The kitchen and the living room are shared. The terrace and garden are at your disposal. The garage can also accommodate your bikes. The space Both bedrooms, equipped with televisions, have large storage spaces. The "Peony" room has contemporary decor with a 160 x 200 bed. The "Jasmin" room is decorated in a family home spirit. Mattresses and bed bases are of excellent quality. The fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals and personal shelves in the refrigerator are at your disposal. The common living room allows you to enjoy moments of rest. The terrace and garden are at your disposal to have your meals or relax in a pleasant and quiet setting. If you only need one room, I invite you to check my listings "Welcome – "Peony" room with tv – Pontchâteau" and "Welcome – "Jasmine" room with tv – Pontchâteau", so you can choose the room that suits you best at the rate of one room instead of the rate for two rooms. Upon arrival, a drink is offered. For breakfast, I provide you with coffee, tea and milk. If you want a full breakfast with croissants, fresh bread, fruit, juice, etc. or a savory breakfast, I ask for an extra €5 per person per day. In this case, please let me know when you book. Check-in and check-out times are flexible but it is best to discuss them beforehand so that I can arrange to be available. Internet connection is available via Wi-Fi. My little dog will be happy to welcome you. For multi-day stays, you can take advantage of the washer and dryer. Guest access The house is located in Pont-Château: - near the Nantes/Vannes axis (4 minutes from the Pont-Château center exit) - 4-minute drive to the train station, - close to the community building, Quéral College and Trois Rivières High School. You can park one or more vehicles in front of the house. I can, if my schedule allows, pick you up from the train station. Downtown is a 10-minute walk away. Tourist activities I can tell you about cultural and sporting activities, interesting walks, restaurant addresses, places to visit. The proximity (30 minutes) of the coast with La Baule, Le Croisic… and also the tourist city of Nantes will allow you to enhance your stay in Loire-Atlantique.
