Room with private shower in renovated barn

Our house is a barn that we renovated in 2019. It is located in Thairy, quiet, a 20-minute walk from the center of St Julien (France) where you will find the bus and T 272 to Geneva and its surroundings... Small restaurants are a 5-minute walk away. We are a 5-minute drive from St Julien train station and 20 minutes from Geneva airport and 30 minutes from Annecy. Parking is private. It is possible to book breakfast with homemade jams... The space We recently renovated this old barn. Our accommodation occupies the entire first floor. In summer the terrace is really nice, it overlooks the orchard. If the temperature permits, you can have breakfast there. In the evening, picnics are possible on our second terrace if the weather permits. Your room is equipped with a large 160 bed with a super comfortable memory foam mattress topper. You will be able to enjoy maximum privacy since the shower and sink are in your room. As a hygiene measure, we do not accept food in the bedroom... Please note that no self check-in is possible. Guest access You will have access to your room through a common hallway. The bathroom is located in front of your room. Breakfast can be enjoyed in our kitchen or on our terrace from 7:30am to 8:15am (tea, coffee, bread, butter, homemade jam, fruit juice) 5 euros per person to be paid on site. We reserve our living room and kitchen for our privacy in the evening...😋 Check-in time is between 5:30pm and 9:30pm Checkout time: 9 a.m. maximum During your stay As a native of the region, I can advise you on your cultural visits or hikes in our neighboring mountains... Other things to note For privacy reasons, lunch and dinner are taken outside because our living room and kitchen are only one room... In summer, evening picnics can be considered on our second terrace if the weather permits. Possibility of having breakfast from 7:30am to 8:15am (bread, butter, homemade jam, fruit juice, tea, coffee) for 5 euros per person to be paid on site. Check-in from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Check out before 9:00 a.m. Only small pets are allowed, max 10 kg. Please note that no self check-in is possible.
