Can Font is a Catalan farmhouse from 1900 that my great-grandparents' parents built on the outskirts of the town of Ventalló. It is an organic farm property consisting of two houses and a farm behind. We live in one of the two houses (although we will not be there when the house is rented). You'll have the garden and pool just for yourselves. It's a very quiet farmhouse. For those who like the countryside and animals. WE DO NOT ACCEPT GROUPS FOR NIGHT PARTIES. The space The main farmhouse (the one that is rented) is from 1900, although we have restored it this year, adapting it to current comforts (heating, fans, new bathrooms and kitchen). We like to lead a quiet life, so if you are looking for a place with wifi, big screens,...this is not the place you are looking for. On the contrary, here you will find a place to enjoy with your own, be quiet in a large garden, in the shade or in the sun, take walks around, see animals on the farm or in the same garden (rabbits, chickens and a lot of birds and nests). You can reach the village by taking a 5-minute walk and there you can find a contemporary art gallery, a small grocery store "Ca la Lurdes", a butcher shop and a couple of restaurants "El Teatret" and "La Bassa". A walk around town is always very pleasant. Ventalló is a small and beautiful stone village. You can also take a walk of about 30 minutes to the river or to some small artificial lakes where you can swim or simply enjoy the views. Guest access You will have exclusive access to the garden and pool. Other things to note Wi-Fi is available in the house and some areas of the garden.
