A spectacular view on the Trasimen lake. A quiete place where you can spend your holiday in Tuscany. The apartment 1 (totally indipendent) with the apartment 2 make up the entire Villa and is situated at the border between Tuscany and Umbria in a point that allows you to reach Rome, Florence, Perugia and a lot of typical boroughs. The space From the apartment you can enjoy a breath-taking view over Trasimeno Lake. The apartment is spacious, my family is always avaialable to give you the necessary information and to help you on sorting out your trip across the nature and artistic cities (we can give you maps and point reccomended paths). Once you'll be here we'll give you a bottle of our extravirgin oil (it's absolutely a self-made product), you can also have free access to our biological garden where you can pick what you want. To use the heating system during the winter season (13th of November - 31th of March) the guests have to pay 10 euro per day. Guest access Our biological garden is always open and freely you can take from it what you need. In the summer you can use the swimming pool (shared with eventual other guests) and spend your days relaxing. Other things to note The swimming pool is shared with the other guests.
