A set of character composed of 2 independent apartments on the ground floor. The 1st: the main house can easily accommodate 8 people (4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and 1 bathroom). The 2nd: the large cottage for 4 people (2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms). It is an isolated, quiet setting, ideal for spending days with family or friends. Outdoor games, and board games for your evenings by the fire, bicycles for your walks, hiking sites nearby. The space There is space to be comfortable, it is quiet, in a natural setting, percheron, green. Here are two single-story, independent, spacious, warm apartments, open to the courtyard, to accommodate everyone, a total of 6 bedrooms + 5 bathrooms. In the main house: a modern sunny kitchen, extended by a dining room, very bright, a hallway serves the bedrooms, plus a large laundry room. In the cottage, a very large living room with kitchenette, then the 2 bedrooms side by side. The spaces are functional, practical, easy to live in. Upon request, I can add a cot in the house, and another in the cottage if needed. The cottage has remained in its original state, in all simplicity, renovated with natural materials, with rustic furniture, as in the past. Guest access You can occupy the entire space, including the carriage house to house your vehicles (in photo), except for the barns (not identified in the photos). You have real peace of mind. Other things to note Note that the cottage is restored in its original state, typically Percheron, renovated with natural materials, (lime, hemp, earth, ocher paint) with rustic furniture and unpretentious equipment, as in the past. It overlooks the courtyard (see pictures). It has 2 bedrooms, one with its 120 cm bed and its 90 cm bed can easily accommodate 3 children. There are 2 showers with toilets in each.
