Manuka Cottage is a warm, bright & beautifully presented semi-detached cottage situated in a quiet no-through road close to the centre of Aviemore. It is a perfect location for exploring this area - village centre is only 5 minutes walk along a footpath bordering the Strathspey steam railway on one side and fields on the other, with views of the Cairngorm Mountains. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, sleeping up to 4. There is a fully enclosed garden, driveway parking & secure storage shed. It is the ultimate place to relax after a day exploring the surrounding area, situated in a quiet no-through road close to the centre of Aviemore. Both bathrooms are newly refurbished with underfloor heating & heated towel rails. The cottage is beautifully presented, with all the modern comforts you need for an easy self catering holiday in Aviemore. There is a large lounge / dining room, a modern well-equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer, dishwasher & washer/dryer, and two good-sized bedrooms. It has an attractive, secluded garden to the rear with purpose built BBQ and picnic table and chairs. There is also a secure shed for outdoor equipment storage. Guest access Guests have full access to Manuka Cottage, a private semi-detached bungalow with private fully enclosed rear garden and secure timber storage shed. Other things to note We aim to provide the perfect base for your holiday in Aviemore and a well equipped, clean and comfortable home from home. We make sure you have the basics when you arrive, so you will find tea, coffee, sugar, fresh milk & shortbread, along with a starting supply of laundry & dishwashing essentials.
