The Farmhouse I Portici is located close to Rubicon River in a strategic position just at 2 km from the sea. The ancient farmhouse was part of Torlonia properties and consists of apartments, rooms and a small camping. The apartment has a two bedroom with double bed, a kitchen and a garden for outdoor dining. The space COVID-19: to ensure the safety of our guests we decided to block guests' checkouts and check-ins on the same day to allow careful disinfection of rooms and surfaces as well as the sterilization of bed linen and dishes. We will provide for free hand sanitizer gel to all our guests and, as soon as they are readily available on the market, disposable masks and gloves. Flavio apartment has a private bathroom and a terrace with gazebo where you can enjoy the view over the garden. The property, an old farmhouse of the '700, is located along the right bank of the famous Rubicon River and comes from the will of the Rinaldi family that still carries "the Romagna tradition of hospitality." Ideal for families wishing to relax in the garden and in the pool, but also for couples who wish to visit the places of art and historic cities of Emilia Romagna. The farmhouse is located in a strategic location, easy to reach from the nearby Highway. With the bicycles you can reach the sea at only 2 km. At guests disposal is available a private parking. Guest access Guests will have access to the large garden, bicycles, swimming pool with sun beds, a mini bar for snacks and appetizers, a small camping and secure parking. Other things to note The farmhouse is rich in history, the evidence is its proximity to the river Rubicon whose name comes from Ruby thanks to the typical reddish earth that mixing with the water giving it a ruby color. The Rubicon, a small river, was the border between Italy and Cisalpine Gaul, well known thanks to Julius Caesar who crossed it in 49 BC with half legion of veterans (about 1,800 men), where he pronounced the famous "Alea iacta est" - "The die is cast", becoming the enemy of Rome giving so began the first civil war.
