For long-term rental ( more than 20 days in the winter) please contact us to find out our special offer The space The house is on the ground floor, can accommodate up to four people and consists of a single bedroom, holding one double bed TV and DVD player, A/C, and a contiguous space for the kitchen and the living room. Latter holds two extra single sofa beds. The kitchen is fully equipped, large fridge, oven (including microwave), Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine. There is a bathroom with shower which has a sufficient supply of bath products and a hairdryer. It is ideal for kids, there is a large yard (with dining table & sun bed chairs) that can be used also as playground and other activities and a quite large balcony with sea view which is perfect for relaxing with a book and a glass of wine after a day of exploration. The balcony has direct access with the living room and the bedroom. Private parking is available within the premises Other things to note • Ideal for kids. Baby cot, and baby stroller can be provided upon request without extra charge • Folding bed (for additional guest) are provided upon request without extra charge • The bedroom has electric iron and ironing board. • The Kitchen, has toasted machine,electric Kettle and all the necessary equipment for preparing meals.
