The cost includes the whole reserved house, overnight stay with breakfast, bed linen and towels and dinner (the kitchen is never self-managed). The dinner menu has two types of choices: -First + second with side dish + dessert + water + house wine (1/4 lt / person) + coffee + digest. or -Tigelle, fried crescentine and piadina, cold cuts, fresh cheese, fresh vegetables, water + house wine (1/4 lt / person) + coffee + digest. The menu is to be agreed before arrival. The space The property consists of two structures: a large house used as a hostel and an annex where the owners stay. Casalino can accommodate 38 people with its 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Six out of seven rooms have a double bed in the 140-cm room. The house consists of 3 floors: on the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms and a common room with sofas, television and a small library; on the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms, a dining room with fireplace, a lounge with sofas, sofas, TV 55 "with Timvision, stereo, on the third floor the turret with a bedroom and its bathroom. Casalino has a large garden and is surrounded by a forest of properties. In the garden you will find a 70 sqm pergola overlooking the wood that in summer is used for outdoor dining. The house can be reached from the main road by a private driveway and is connected to Tredozio also by a pleasant path in the woods (15 minutes on foot). The hostel's kitchen offers a rich breakfast included in the price (drinks, bread, butter, jam, cereals, baked goods, hot croissants). The groups that book the structure have at their disposal the catering service of the hostel, which offers a traditional menu with traditional dishes of Romagna or vegetarian dishes, at a cost ranging from € 15 to € 22 / person (menu to be agreed in advance). During your stay We are always at your disposal to give you information and advice on the itineraries and hiking tours. On request, we organize children's workshops (breads, biscuits, Christmas labs etc.) and guided tours in the National Park or in places of interest (harbor villages, Florence, Ravenna, Rimini, Bologna) also with shuttle service (3 jeeps - 18 seats in total and 1 coach - 17 seats). Other things to note The structure can accommodate up to 38 people considering all the beds as singles, 50 considering also double beds. Groups over 16 people will have to add a fee for each additional guest. PARTIES It is not possible to dance in the dining room and TV room on the first floor. It is possible to dance only in the room on the ground floor and the external veranda (fully closable with sliding PVC sheets) until midnight. ALCOHOLIC It is not possible to bring alcohol into the structure; alcohol can only be purchased on site. FORMULA 1 IMOLA 2025 The structure provides a shuttle (18 seats) Tredozio-Imola Autodrome round trip for each overnight stay of the group. Avaiable on request and with additional cost airport shuttle (Bologna) NEW YEAR 2024-2025 The cost includes the New Year's Eve dinner (aperitif, two first courses, second course, side dish, dessert, water, wine, digestive, panettone and midnight toast).
