30 m2 non-smoking semi-basement studio completely refurbished in private house. You have a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, spacious walk-in shower and equipped kitchen. Outside access to the garden with swimming pool, barbecue (in summer season of course) free private parking + garage for motorcycles, located in a haven of peace 15 minutes from Annecy, 30 minutes from Switzerland and 30 minutes from the first ski slopes. We accept animals as long as they are docile and educated. The space The entire studio is fully disinfected with disinfectant, steam and alcohol between each guest and we assure you impeccable cleanliness. Guest access You have access to the garden, pool, petanque court, barbecue and ping pong table. Other things to note As indicated, we accept pets as long as they are sociable and perfectly trained!!
