I live on ground level, completely separate from guest suite which is facing the woods and river on the lower level. Guest enjoy their privacy in the shaded back garden. Fire pit, grill available. Although there isn’t air conditioning, the apartment is at a very comfortable 71 degrees. Other things to note The rate of $90.00 is for one person. Each additional guest is $20.00 per day. You have private use of the entire level.
