This is an older 80's trailer on extra large lot in quiet area of Foothills. Has window air conditioning, microwave, stove, wifi, fridge (have to choose either to use standard size outdoor fridge or smaller indoor bar fridge as only one can be powered at a time), heating is via plug in heaters, concrete pad patio outside of trailer, two single beds. I'm available... if I'm not doing a little traveling myself. This is a cul-de-sac street and set back from any roads. Generally nice quite are to enjoy stars and sunsets. Grocery, Starbucks, Dollar Store, Jack-in-box, McDonald's few minutes drive. Further along is a 24-hour Walmart Supercenter. Community is an excellent area for walking and biking as nice and flat. Library, swimming and fitness, grocery, Starbucks minutes away. 24 hour Walmart supercenter 10 minutes down straight road.
