Cosy room centrally located on Nesoddtangen

Nice bedroom with a good double bed and private bathroom. The room is attached to our main house where we live, but with a separate entrance from a small garden. Very central at Nesoddtangen. A one bedroom studio with a simple kitchenette in the same room. Calm neighborhood and close to ferry and beach. Nesoddtangen is an idyllic peninsula just outside Oslo, 24 minutes by ferry from the Town Hall. When you arrive at Nesodden you can bus or walk to our place. Clean and functional, but no luxury. The space The room is located on the first floor of a house centrally located on Nesodden with a separate entrance and a private bathroom. The kitchen has a simple kitchen counter, hob, fridge and simple kitchen utensils. There is no connected water in the kitchen so dishes must be done manually in a dishwashing tub with water from the bathroom. One wall in the room is towards our own part of the house, so you might hear some sounds from our kids during the day. We have a cuddly white cat and chickens on the property. There is a 12 minute walk to the boat/ferry to Oslo or the nearest beach. Short distance to the bus stop and Tangen Center where you will find most shops. Nesodden is a pleasant green neighbourhood on a peninsula just outside Oslo city centre, only 24 minutes by ferry from Aker Brygge / Rådhuset. Getting there: From Oslo sentral station take tram 12 or bus 31/30/54 to Rådhusplassen (CityHall). From there you take the B10 Ferry to Nesoddtangen ( no cars on the ferry). Price for ferry is 64 kroner, but if you have a ticket from the tram its 24 kroner in addition to your existing ticket. The ferry ride takes 24 minutes. On weekdays the ferry runs every half hour from 05:33 in the morning and the last ferry from Oslo to Nesodden is 00:33. Friday and Saturday the last ferry to Nesodden departs Oslo 03:33. On Nesodden, jump on any of the green buses that corresponds with the ferry (included in the ticket) and ride for 2 stops to Granholt. Its approximate 400 meters to walk to our house from the bus stop. Earlier check in might also me possible on request. We have chickens/hens on the property that is outside in the garden from around 9am every day. Our fluffy white Cat, Eve, are around and sometimes would like a hug from our guests.
