Champagne and art de vivre, near Reims

In the heart of the Premier Cru village of Les Mesneux, Villa Paulette, a gîte of Champagne Jacquinet-Dumez, embodies the elegance and art of living in Champagne. Recently renovated and tastefully decorated, this winegrowers' house offers a refined and welcoming setting, designed for well-being and sharing. Between vineyards, light, and effervescence, every moment at Villa Paulette is savored like a glass of champagne: authentic, sparkling, and unforgettable. The space Villa Paulette has three beautiful bedrooms (28m ², 30m2 and 15m²), each equipped with a queen size bed (160cm) and Linvosges linens provided. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and private toilet — the bathroom and toilet in bedroom 1 being on the landing, we have bathrobes available. All bathrooms have a walk-in shower and towels. The 50 m² living room invites conviviality: - a fireplace, - a cozy couch, - a large dining table that can accommodate up to 12 people, - a Eurocave wine cellar with champagnes at Domaine Jacquinet-Dumez (additional charge), - a selection of premium wine glasses, refined dishes and board games. The kitchen of 15 m², fully equipped, makes it possible to cook like at home: coffee maker, kettle, oven, dishwasher, induction hobs, as well as the basics (olive oil, vinegar, Guérande salt, pepper, flour, rice, pasta, Nespresso capsules, and a selection of teas and verveines from the Maison Rémoise L 'Éveil des Thés). The village has an Intermarche 5 minutes walk (open Monday to Saturday) and bakeries 5 minutes drive. A vegetable producer is open on Saturday morning (Gaec Kleinau). A laundromat is available 24/7 in the intermarket parking lot. You will appreciate the charm of the village and its vineyard, suitable for walking between vines and fields. By car, the center of Reims is 15 mins away, and Épernay 30 mins. A baby kit (crib, changing mat, high chair, stroller) is available on request, extra charge (€10 for the stay, to be paid on Airbnb).
