In the heart of the Premier Cru village of Les Mesneux, Villa Paulette, a gîte of Champagne Jacquinet-Dumez, embodies the elegance and art of living in Champagne. Recently renovated and tastefully decorated, this winegrowers' house offers a refined and welcoming setting, designed for well-being and sharing. Between vineyards, light, and effervescence, every moment at Villa Paulette is savored like a glass of champagne: authentic, sparkling, and unforgettable. The space Villa Paulette has three beautiful bedrooms (28 m², 30 m² and 15 m²), each equipped with a queen size bed (160 cm) and Linvosges linen provided. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and toilet — since the bathroom and toilet for Bedroom 1 are located on the landing, we provided bathrobes. All bathrooms have a walk-in shower and bathroom linen. The 50 m² living room invites you to socialize: - a fireplace, - a cozy sofa, - a large dining table that seats up to 12 people, - a Eurocave wine cellar stocked with champagnes from the Jacquinet-Dumez Estate (extra charge), - a selection of high-end wine glasses, refined tableware and board games. The 15 m² fully equipped kitchen allows you to cook as if you were at home: coffee maker, kettle, oven, dishwasher, induction stove, as well as the basic necessities (olive oil, vinegar, Guérande salt, pepper, flour, rice, pasta, Nespresso capsules, and a selection of teas and verbena from the Remoises house L'Éveil des Thés). The village has an Intermarché 5 minutes' walk away (open Monday to Saturday) and bakeries 5 minutes' drive away. A vegetable producer is open on Saturday mornings (Gaec Kleinau). A laundromat is available 24 hours a day in the Intermarché parking lot. You will appreciate the charm of the village and its vineyard, conducive to walking between vineyards and fields. By car, the center of Reims is 15 minutes away, and Épernay is 30 minutes away. A baby kit (baby bed, changing mat, highchair, stroller) is available upon request, for an additional fee (€10 for the stay, to be paid on Airbnb).
