New-build apartments ALPsmart in the village Habichen (Oetz) has good location near the bus stop, but in the same time in the quite place next to kids playground and a forest. Place has a stunning view on the valley Oetztal. Habichen is located near well developed village Oetz with all necessary things: Grocery stores, sport shops, few doctors, good restaurants and bars, ski lift and info center. Habichen itself has few great restaurants which are just few minutes walk away from the apartment. The space + Studio “Sunset” for 2 persons (possible 1 kid max 160 cm toll) has a beautiful view on the north-east part of the Oetztal valley, with a stunning sunsets. + Queen-size bed is transferable to two single beds!! Please let us know, which of configuration would you prefer. It is possible to have an additional single bed for kid. + Kitchen includes: dishwasher, refrigerator, induction stove, microwave, coffee maker Nespresso, electric kattle and dishes. + There is also a bathroom with shower, WC and also hair dryer inside the apartment. + Near a dining table there is a SmartTV (Netflix). + You will have all necessary in the apartment: towels, toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tabs. Guest access + There is a Sauna in the house, which can be used twice a week upon request. + You will have access to a ski room, where you are welcome to leave your equipment and ski boots on the professional dryer. + The bikes you can leave in our garage.
