A spacious detached 2 storey house, in a quiet neighbourhood, with a great furnished partially covered patio to enjoy drinks, bbq, mountain view & a sloping garden&swing. Auchrannie Leisure & Spa has a wealth of relaxing & fitness facilities, including a playbarn for the kids, and is only 5 mins walk. The space The rooms are spacious, and the house warm, but the best place to relax or enjoy lunch/dinner /drinks is on the patio where there is cover over the main outside dining. Alternatively there's open dining on the lower split level decking which is good for enjoying breakfast. There's a flat level off the decking on the garden which is ideal for bbq. Beyond this there's a large sloping garden, great for playing games, leading to a double swing at the bottom. Guest access All spaces inside, exterior decking and garden, are available for guest use Other things to note Whilst close to all local amenities, the house is set off the main village in a quiet area for a good sleep. As all bedrooms are upstairs and on the 2nd floor, this house is not suitable for guests needing wheelchair access. Guests are advised to take travel insurance in case of any disruptions affecting the ferry timetable. Pets are welcome but there is an additional charge when booking.
