La Sauvageonne will be available for rent from June 20, 2021 Stone house, on 3 floors in a hamlet of 4 houses, in Haute Loire between La Chaise Dieu and Brioude, 600 meters above sea level between forests and fields. The space The house consists of three floors, living space on the ground floor, equipped kitchen, authentic fireplace around which in open space you will find a dining room for 6 people and a comfortable living room with two large sofas and armchairs. Family bathroom, bathtub and two sinks. Separate toilet, hand basin. On the first floor, two bedrooms, one for two people with double bed, new 160/200 bedding, the second is a through room and offers a surface that allows 4 beds, double bed and two single beds. On the second floor, the attic is transformed into a rest area, sofas, large screen television, again a bed for two people. A neat decoration, the beds will be made upon your arrival, sheets, duvets, blankets. Towels and bath towels are available. Culinary products for use as well as common household products are provided at each arrival. No worries about parking two to three cars. Anti-covid cleaning is provided by specialized people and also specific products. Guest access The entire property as well as the garden and terrace are available to tenants. A barbecue "kit" will be available. The upper terrace is equipped with a large table and a pergola. However, if the place is separate from the house, it is not enclosed. Overlooking the road, the necessary attention is requested regarding the enthusiasm of children.
