Entire 103 sqm apartment located on the 2nd floor in the historic center of Piove di Sacco, convenient to all services: free parking 200 meters away, train to Venice 600 meters away and bus to Padua and Chioggia 350 meters away. It has an equipped kitchen + microwave, bathroom with tub-shower, living room, hallway, desk, 2 bedrooms with 5 beds, terrace, washing machine, Wi-Fi, HD TV, air conditioning and first aid kit; the crib/cot is an extra service upon request and for a fee. The space The apartment is very spacious, dry and comfortable. The kitchen is equipped and there is everything you need to cook, including essentials such as oil, vinegar, spices, sugar, coffee, etc. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub with a box with a sliding box and auctions for showering, towels, towels, foam shower, soap and detergents for the house and for the washing machine. The room is bright and there are extra blankets and pillows available, in the living room a three-seater sofa with a peninsula and HD TV. There is also a space dedicated to remote work with a desk near a window that provides a lot of light and a terrace overlooking the interior of the residential complex, equipped with chairs and a coffee table. IMPORTANT: To comply with Italian laws it is necessary to send before checking in, a copy of the identity card (front and back) if you reside in Italy, or the passport of each guest who will be staying in the apartment. BED/CRIB: The cot/crib is an additional service and the cost is €15.00 per night. It measures 120x60 and has two positions: the cradle mode for babies from 0 to 12 months and the mode from 1 to 3 years for a maximum of 15 kg, while the changing table has a maximum weight of 9 kg. The mattress, pillow, sheets, and blanket are included. The total amount of the nights booked, being an extra cost, must be paid in cash at the time of check-in. Guest access The apartment is on the 2nd floor in a three-unit building and the only common space is the main entrance, landings and stairs. It is located inside a historic building under the protection of fine arts, where it is not possible to install an elevator. Other things to note For those who need to stay for long periods or stay in the house for many hours during the week, there is a chance that you will hear music; I live on the floor below and for a few hours during the week I teach singing. It is therefore likely that sometimes you will hear voices singing. Every year from late May to early September, the historic center turns into a pedestrian zone and from 8:00 p.m. to 2:30 a.m. the city comes alive with music and colors, creating a festive atmosphere. A real asset, but one that involves noise due to the influx of many people. The apartment is located in one of the central streets, where there are very popular and trendy bars that offer music and evening shows of various kinds. Throughout the year, every Wednesday and Saturday morning there is the historic weekly market, every second Sunday of the month the antiques market.
