Quiet detached guest house in Clarendon Park.

A guest house in the garden of my home with all you need for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Fully equipped kitchen and washing machine, plenty of space to relax and lots of storage. The Wifi is superfast and there is a table perfect to work on. It's convenient for both universities, Leicester City FC, Grace Road and the Tigers, Curve, LRI, the race course and De Montfort Hall, plus the cathedral and Richard lll's tomb. Plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and green spaces in walking distance. The space A pretty one bed-room detached guest house with a spacious kitchen/reception room and a shower room. It is equipped as I would like it - big towels, a comfy bed, art on the walls and a Nespresso machine! There's plenty of storage space and a small south-facing private garden with a table and chairs for you to have breakfast outside if it is fine. The cleaning fee covers cleaning before and after your stay and all bed linen, towels etc. If you are staying for longer than a week, laundry and cleaning can be arranged at additional cost - but everything is provided for you to do it yourself, if you prefer.
