The following restrictions will apply to you The space give: - Use of the balconies/terraces is possible, but painting, wood and cleaning work will also take place here - It is not possible to open floor-to-ceiling windows, as the fall protection for the painting work is dismantled from the outside If the work actually falls within your travel period, you will receive a 20% discount on the nightly rate. This will then be paid out after your trip. The apartment is in a beautiful quiet location, about 150m from the beach in Graal-Müritz and is located on the 1st floor with balcony. It is comfortably furnished and has everything you need for the perfect relaxing holiday. Amenities include two bedrooms, an open kitchen, a bathroom with shower, and a living room with a fireplace. A parking space belonging to the apartment can be found right next to the house. In the apartment, you have free Wi-Fi, plenty of consumables such as dishwasher tablets, toilet paper and a starting package of firewood available from October to April. Upon arrival you will receive your spa cards. The prices indicated refer to the occupancy of max. 4 people. We will gladly provide you with bed linen 15€ per person , towels 10€ p. p. or a bed linen & towel package together 25€ per person. You are also welcome to receive a children's travel cot and high chair with us for a small extra charge of €20 each. This is a non-smoking apartment, unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets. Arrival is from 12:30 pm - 4:00 pm. The bicycles are not part of the booking confirmation (more on this can be found under the heading: Your holiday - questions and answers).
