Lovely 2 bedroom apartment (2nd floor) has big balcony overlooking Marina with wonderful sea view. House is close to the center but in the quiet part of city and 5 minutes walking distance to the best beaches. Enjoy full kitchen with living room. We will allow small pets with advance notice and small fee of 50 Euro. The space The house is located on prime waterfront location, with spectacular views. We have 2 apartments. One apartment is on the 1st floor and other is on the 2nd floor. This description is for A2 (2nd floor). Apartment comfortably accommodates 4 but is possible to take 6 persons as there is a couch sleeper in the living room. It is newly furnished and fully equipped, family friendly and great place for vacation. Guest access Guests will have access to staircase and their balcony. They may access washer in the main floor laundry room per request for a small fee. Other things to note We would appreciate if you can let us know your arrival time in advance and in the case of change let us know immediately.
