Ideal for couples, families, small groups or remote workers seeking spacious interiors, natural light and year-round tranquility. In autumn, Mallorca feels more authentic, brighter and far from the crowds. The space The spacious villa, with 250sq. meters, offers high-standard and well-furnished accommodation. The ground floor boasts a spacious and nicely furnished living and dining area with wonderful views of the calm waters of Porto Colom. The fully-equipped kitchen connects to the large patio area. The first floor, which offers wood flooring in all the areas, boasts a twin bedroom with lots of natural light and a large window overlooking the back patio. The charming master bedroom has a King bed and an en-suite bathroom. It enjoys views of the sea and the pine trees. This floor also offers a comfortable and airy second living room. From there, a sliding glass door leads us to a cosy covered terrace with astonishing views of the sea. On this floor you will also find a room with a washer, dryer and hangers. In our cozy house, you can enjoy a pleasant sea breeze by keeping the windows open at night. We have blinds equipped with mosquito nets to keep insects out, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful sleep. In addition, we have installed ceiling fans in the rooms, which provide a more ecological and healthy ventilation. The villa is also available during the winter season and offers central heating as well as a fireplace in the main living area. Outdoors Right in front of the house is an extensive garden, where you will find a comfy rope hammock -perfect for relaxing and listening to the peaceful sounds of the ocean-, two sun loungers and teak-made table and chairs for your outdoor dining pleasure. Just several further steps out of the villa you will have direct access to the sea. There is a large patio in the back of the property in a very private setting, where you will find a table-tennis table for your enjoyment. Next to it is a covered terrace with a patio table, which seats four, and a great BBQ pit. There are two private parking spaces easily accessible through a remote control, at the back side of the house. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property. The house is rented as a whole and no spaces are shared with other guests. It features spacious terraces, private parking, landscaped gardens, a BBQ area and outdoor spaces designed for relaxation and spending quality time together. Other things to note As an island resident I will be happy to provide you with assistance regarding transport, dining, sightseeing, shopping etc. when welcoming you the first time. I am happy to share local knowledge to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!
