Hill House Retreat

Our home is close to hiking, skiing (40 min), and the Enumclaw Expo Center. You’ll love our home because of the views of Mt Rainier and the Cascade foothills. Calming and expansive outdoor spaces. Quiet country setting with a charming downtown nearby. Our home is good for families (with kids), big groups, and pets*. * Only one dog per booking please. A $25/day fee will be added for guests bringing a pet. Pets are not allowed on furniture or upstairs. The space The home was built in 1984. The 4 bedrooms are located on the second floor, the master has attached bath and the other 3 bedrooms share a second bathroom (third full bath is on main level). There is a bonus room on the second floor with a wet bar and large tv. The kitchen provides all the amenities required to fulfill the average cook's needs: gas stovetop, electric oven, large refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the entire home and surrounding property, outdoor space includes lawn, deck, hot tub, bbq area, and fire pit. Other things to note The master bedroom is a loft and is open to the living/kitchen area below. We allow one dog per booking (reasonable exceptions may be allowed upon request). A $25/night fee will be added for guests bringing a pet. Upon booking, we will send you an updated reservation request that reflects this additional fee. PARTIES AND EVENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED UNLESS ARRANGEMENTS ARE MADE BEFORE BOOKING. OUR DEFINITION OF A PARTY (OR EVENT) IS DEFINED AS ADDITIONAL NON-SANCTIONED GUESTS ON THE PREMISES AT ANY TIME DURING THE AIRBNB CONTRACTED RENTAL PERIOD. (THE MAXIMUM AIRBNB CONTRACTED GUEST CAPACITY IN OUR AIRBNB RENTAL AGREEMENT IS 12 ADULTS.)
