Due to various issues experienced we are not able to accept dogs! Guard dogs are allowed however!! The space There are 24 hectar of open gardens and woodland ,a river, ponds, wide open fields, mature water gardens. You can walk everywhere for exercise or relaxation. You realise the spacious countryside once you arrived. The property is kept in its natural original state and you can see the original little water canals from the 17th century everywhere! It is the only Moulin in this area yet very central! 11m diameter round pool with sun lounges, a big pool house with shower and toilet, salon and dressing room is located next to pool in the gardens about 5 min walk away from your house. You will be there mostly alone and it is very quiet for relaxation. The cottage is spacious and well furnished with great comfort. It has high wooden ceilings and double glazed Windows and doors. It has a large laundry room, a guest toilet next to the kitchen, the bathroom upstairs is very spacious with 2 basins, a separate shower, a bath and a toilet. The bedroom has Air Condition and a door to the terrace with mosquito protection. The bed is 5* ,150 wide and 2 m long. The kitchen has everything you need - from newest dishwasher, electric oven with gas hob, coffee maker, expresso machine, fridge and separate freezer, linen napkins , placemats, pots in all sizes, tasteful china and glasses. The salon is comfortable and has a working chimney. The house gives you a positive and well kept atmosphere! The house has terraces and lawns all around and a special terrace for eating and if you want I can supply a BQ . ( during hot summer months it is not allowed to barbecue as per government regulations) You have a dining terrace which creates a special atmosphere for candle light dinners . (Candles and containers are supplied for your ambiance!) You have 2 lounges for sunbathing and an enormous sun umbrella over a seating area. You are able to use an enormous round Swimmingpool in the gardens - 12m diameter- which you would share with other guests occasionally! Guest access Enter property from the road through a gate onto a drive between enormous open fields to a private parking under trees, near our mill house. You cross a bridge overlooking the romantic river Mourachonne. A stoned path leads you to your house which takes you across a big terrace into the house. Other things to note Fire detectors, fire security blanket, electric heating, open fireplace has wood supplied.
