Two bedroom, one full bath, comfy home in quite neighborhood in Pasadena TX. It's conveniently located and offers multiple amenities and finishes. Keyless entry for your convenience and comfort. Free parking. Large backyard with covered patio. Please refer to Amenities and Guest access for more details. The space Home is very warming and inviting. Has a quite feel for those that prefer silence but also has plenty of windows for more light for those that prefer more excitement. Big back yard with covered patio makes the home feel more spacious. Home is operated by window units and ceiling fans in each room with extra blankets for your comfort. Guest access Guests have access to 2 bedrooms out of 3, a living room, kitchen, dinning area, 1 full bath, large back patio/yard and free parking up to 2 vehicles (City of Pasadena does not permit vehicle blockage of public sidewalks from driveways. Ticketing will be on your own expense) . Other things to note No parties allowed; no extra guests allowed on the premises that are not paid for at any given time; no pets allowed; no smoking of any form allowed inside the house. Your cleaning fee pays to clean the towels and sheets used and to set up the home for the next guest. Therefore, you must leave my home as clean as you received it or an extra cleaning fee will be taken from your deposit depending on the severity. Pick up and throw out all your trash (place trash bags in green container outside house); clean up any part of the kitchen used including refrigerator (throw out anything you put in there), microwave, stove, oven, dishes, counter tops, table, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Vacuum all rugs you dirty (vacuum cleaner in living room closet); sweep all floors including bathroom and under beds; make sure no particles are left on or under sofas and dinning chairs; put games, books, toys back in its place (Please do not allow your children to destroy my things i offer. What is missing or broken will be deducted from your deposit to replace it, big or small). Pick up any trash from the back yard/ patio/ front yard. Do not rearrange or move any furniture in or outside the house. Keep in mind, what you break, you just bought. A claim will be made thru Airbnb for extra payment if any charges exceeds your initial deposit.
