The Cottage is now open again, following a major extension project. A stylish spacious Cotswold stone cottage with open plan kitchen dining living space, wood burning stove and 3 bedrooms. Main bedroom has French doors overlooking Cotswold countryside and enjoys the morning sun. The bedroom opens onto a spacious luxury en-suite bathroom with large shower and separate bath. There are two further bedrooms, each with a double bed, one of which has an en suite shower room. The space The Cottage is attached to my Cotswold house. The whole building is very long and the Cottage is situated at one end. It is completely separate and self contained. There is parking for two cars. The main bedroom faces east and gets the morning sun whilst the house faces south. There is a large patio to the front with a circular picnic bench Downstairs the kitchen, living and dining area is a spacious, open plan space with a wood burning stove. Logs, kindling, firefighters and matches are provided. For families with small children, a fire guard will be set up around the stove. There is wifi, a large TV with Netflix and Prime The open plan litchen dining living makes for a very convivial space. The living area has 4 single chairs and a 2 seater sofa. The living area opens out fully through the bi fold doors onto a landscaped patio with water feature. South facing. There is a circular picnic table to the left of the front doors The Cottage is fully equipped with cooking equipment, utensils and crockery/cutlery in a beautiful hand made kitchen and granite worktops. There is an induction hob, double oven, built in dishwasher, larder fridge, freezer and washer dryer, plus microwave, airfryer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is a refectory style dining table and two bench seats; seating three either side There are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have ensuite bathrooms. Two upstairs and one downstairs. All have standard double beds with topper mattresses for extra comfort. The ensuite bathroom to the main bedroom is large, with a freestanding bath and large rain shower. This bathroom is shared with the other upstairs bedroom; there are two doors to the bathroom, both of which can be locked. Downstairs there is another bedroom with an ensuite shower, lavatory and small wash hand basin. There is an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. For families with young children there is a leisure park almost opposite the Cottage with child play area and a basketball/football play area for older children Guest access The Cottage has separate parking with spaces for 2 cars. The Cottage has a large patio to the front with water feature and exterior lighting.A round picnic table is situated to the side Other things to note A welcome selection of fresh home baked white loaf, raspberry conserve, butter, cafetiere coffee, espresso coffee, instant coffee, a selection of teas and milk is provided. Thereafter, please note that the accommodation is self catering. There is soap, shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom. Towels are provided. We have a no smoking policy, anywhere on the premises; guests can smoke in the park, which is opposite the entrance to the driveway.
