Nestled in a quiet little neighborhood, Bart's Place will make you feel at home in a fun, new place. The space You will have full access to 4 bedrooms (one giant king and one queen bed upstairs, two fulls and a twin downstairs), full bath with a tub, living room with a big screen TV and a full kitchen/dinning area upstairs ( coffee maker, microwave, stove, toaster, dishwasher, fridge, blender). Downstairs boasts a family room with another big screen TV and a game area, full laundry facilities (we do not provide laundry soap or dryer sheets). There is a full bath with a shower, 2 bedrooms with 3 more beds. This sweet little home was built in the late 1980's and is ready for you to visit! We have central air conditioning in the upstairs. It does not extend to the downstairs. There are ceiling fans and a stand alone fan downstairs to help you stay cool. There are toys, games and books to read. Such a great living space but it gets even better as you go in the backyard and cozy around an open fire. Marshmallows? Hotdogs? Then relax and enjoy listening to the crickets and watching the stars pop out. There is an attached garage, but a door opener is not available. You may use the garage during your stay but you will need to open and close it with the button by the back door. Please ask if you need an early check in. If the home is available, we will process the early check-in fee for you. We have a strict policy of NO SMOKING, NO PETS, NO PARTIES OR EVENTS in the home or on the property. There is a $300 fine for any violations. Any work crew wishing to stay will have to pay a refundable cleaning deposit when they book. It will be refunded to you after your stay if you leave our home clean and in good repair. Contact us to process the deposit. You can't slip by this one.....we live next door. Guest access You will have full access to the home and yard. Off street parking in the front and a fire pit in the back. Other things to note We offer several grocery packages for your connivence - just in case you are arriving late or you just don't want to go find a grocery store to get you started. Please let me know what you would like at least 48 hours before your arrival and we will have it in the fridge waiting for you! Once you order, I will do a money request so you can pay.
