Our newly constructed, contemporary, mostly ADA compliant, four (4) bedroom suite guesthouse has its own swim and exercise spa in a private enclosed courtyard. Guests also have free access to a pool, cozy gym and huge courtyard with regulation size pickle ball court and bocce court, and putting green that is shared with our other 2 listings. This 2700 sqft guesthouse is just minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the Strip and less than 15 minutes from the new Allegiant Stadium. This listing (the Indigo Oasis) accommodates a maximum of 8 guests, Sun’s Vegas Retreat accommodates a maximum of 6 guests and Sunny Vegas Nook accommodates 2. Only registered guests from these 3 listings are allowed on the property. Absolutely no outside visitors/guests are permitted on the premises at any time. This guesthouse (the Indigo Oasis) has 4 fully furnished bedrooms, each with its own modern ADA compliant bathroom. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds and the fourth bedroom has a king bed that can be split into two XL twin size beds. Two of the bedrooms have 32” smart televisions with access to Netflix. A fully equipped kitchen has brand new SS appliances, a wet bar and two (2) reverse osmosis water stations. In the wide open great room you will find huge dinning room table with 10 chairs, expansive sitting areas and a smart big screen TV with Netflix access. There is an attached laundry room that houses a brand new large capacity washer and dryer. The common areas (i.e. pool, patio, gym, pickle ball court, bocce ball court, and putting green) are shared with our other 2 listings: Sunny Vegas Nook & ABC Retreat. However, only this listing (Indigo Oasis) has its own private courtyard and swim spa (i.e. not shared with anyone else). SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS NOT PERMITTED INDOORS. However, smoking including 420 is allowed outdoors with doors and windows closed. (FYI--It is illegal to smoke 420 anywhere except at a private residence).a Other things to note IMPORTANT! We are extremely strict concerning visitors. Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. No outside visitors/guests are permitted at any time. We make no exceptions, so please do not make any booking requests if this is unacceptable.
