Sea, harbour + hillside views from front rooms + terrace in this recently renovated 3 bedroom 3-storey coastguards cottage, accommodating up to 6 people. Openplan groundfloor with morning sun at front + evening sun at back. Modernly furnished, comfortable + well-equipped. Back garden + BBQ. On the coastal path, within historical fishing village - 3 mins walk to beach + harbour. You can see, hear + smell the sea! Sat-Sat in school hols. Discount for 7 days+. Sliding scale for occupancy Bliss! The space Family, friends and myself love the cottage and the area. The scenery is forever changing, there's new discoveries, and it's like coming home on each visit - I hope it will be for you also. It's just 3 minutes walk to the beach and the centre of the village. You can pop down for a swim or a walk around the cliff path before breakfast. The cottage is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. There's a log burner with fuel for your first fire. We aim to have all basic facilities in the kitchen and around the house. There's a shower room with basin and toilet (compact with step to shower) on 1st floor, plus a toilet downstairs. Includes - a washing machine, and washing line (in back garden), camping cot, high chair, and stair gate, a selection of books, toys and games, some body-boards, buckets + spades in the box on the terrace. There are steps from the drive to the terrace and house, and granite steps at the back to the back garden. Guest access Access is by key safe (beside the front door) - I'll let you know the code before your arrival. You'll have access to all indoor and outdoor space, except for a small storage room at the back of the Ist floor and an outside shed. You can feel completely at home. There's parking space for one car and a car park in the centre of the village. EV charging from house electric sockets is prohibited - nearest charging point at St Austell. Other things to note Do contact me for dates you're interested in. If its just 2 people out of school holiday dates I can offer a reduction. There'll be tea, coffee and biscuits for you on your arrival. You may want to order a grocery delivery - I suggest you use Tesco or Sainsbury (Asda has never found us!). You're welcome to use the everyday cooking supplies in the cupboard (cooking oil, herbs etc) and it's most helpful for the next visitors if you replenish anything that you've run low on - thank you. Mobile phone signal is now generally excellent and wifi is available.
