Quaint, fantastic 2-room Apartment with balcony and garage

Welcome to the southernmost city in Germany! Our apartment near the city center consists of a living room and bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and a large covered balcony. The apartment is newly renovated, rustic and lovingly furnished and offers space for 2 people on almost 45 square meters. Various shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The city center with many restaurants, cafes, shops, cinema, etc. can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The space consists of an entrance area with a wardrobe that offers enough space for ski boots in winter and space for hiking boots in summer. In the bedroom there is a large wardrobe and a box spring bed. Suitable for the seasons, there are cuddly bed linens in winter and airy ones in summer. In the large living room with open kitchen there is a sofa bed. Here you can spend nice evenings in front of the Wi-Fi-enabled flat-screen TV. There are shutters on all the windows. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle, induction cooker incl. pans and pots of all kinds. For each guest there is a large, a small and a guest towel. You can park in our parking space in the underground garage (Attention! Entry height 2.00 m) Your bicycles, skis, toboggans, etc. can be placed in our lockable basement room Check-in is only possible from 7:30 am to 10:00 am or from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm! Guest access Bicycle cellar, underground car park, lockable cellar compartment Other things to note Unfortunately, animals are not allowed! The apartment is on a busy street! Check-in is only possible from 8:00 am to approx. 11 am or from 6:30 pm to 9 pm!
